Welcome to the East Village District Association (EVDA) website!

EVDA is a non-profit, volunteer group representing the East Village District of downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. Boundaries of our district are approximately from 11th Street to the train tracks between Archer and 1st Street and from US Highway 75 to Elgin Avenue.
